Bullrush is a holiday lodge in Barnby, Suffolk. The holiday lodge is one of two at Springlake which is in the owners grounds which covers five acres. The accommodation is next to the other lodge which is the Dragonfly and has two bedrooms and can sleep up to five people.
The accommodation is set over on the ground floor and has a large open plan living/dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one is a double and one with bunk beds. The bunk beds have a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top which makes the five beds.
There is also a shower room with toilet and the lodge has wooden flooring throughout. There are plenty of features of the cabin and this includes central heating and the bed linen & towels included in the price of the holidays. There is a Freeview TV with DVD and the kitchen has a microwave, oven and fridge/freezer.
If required you can make use of the shared laundry room which has a washer/dryer. There is plenty of parking at the lodge and there are some great facilities available for guests to use. The indoor heated swimming pool is one of the highlights and is shared use with other guests and the owners. There is fishing available at the fishing lake which is free of charge, if you are making use of the fishing then must bring your own tackle.
Other facilities include a games room with a full size snooker table, weights bench and table football. From the log cabin you have plenty of great walks. Please note the fishing lake is unfenced and so in the pond in the grounds. If you are looking to stay as a couple then you will get a 20% discount on the price of the accommodation.
Nearby there are some fantastic Blue Flag beaches and Southwold is a great place to visits with the pier and beaches. Other places nearby include Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich is also within reach.
