Holiday Accommodation & Location Details
Crofthead Park is perfect for the budget conscious who wish to have an enjoyable break on a tight budget, due to the affordable nature of the accommodation options offered. Crofthead Park is also ideally located close to Ayr for those who want to remain close to a city for shopping and sightseeing and enjoy a holiday park or lodge park retreat.
The park hosts all the amenities you will require such as a launderette, a games room and swimming pool. Accommodation itself at Crofthead park leaves you with a choice between three different types of caravan and a lodge.
The cheapest option is the Tam O Shanter caravan which is described as outstanding and spacious and can sleep four people in its twin and double bedrooms. The royal Troon caravan is similar to the Tam O Shanter but has an extra toilet for a more convenient stay.
Should you intend to visit with a slightly larger group then the Rabbie Burns caravan is probably the best option due to the fact it has two bedroom like the other caravans but also a sofa bed in its living room allowing a total of six to stay. If caravans are not your thing you can opt for the slightly more expensive option of the Evron Lodge.
The Evron lodge has plenty of space for six people as well as having an open plan lounge and kitchen. Sleeping options consist of a double bedroom with an en suit shower along with two twin bedrooms served by a large family bathroom. The Evron lodge costs £280 per week, which makes it one of the most affordable lodge options in this area.
The surrounding area is perfect for family day outs to a range of different places such as small fishing villages who sell fantastic tasty fish and chips, as well as the highlands and Sandy beaches of the West coast of Scotland.Tags:
