River Edge Lodges is a log cabin park located in the picturesque region of Southern Highlands of Scotland. They are found close to the Bridge of Earn in Perthshire. The local area has endless amounts of natural beauty with endless options on offer in regards to exploration.

The log cabin park has a close knit family feel, due to it being run by a family and this comes through in every aspect. When you are on site you can speak directly to the park management if you have any problems.

River Edge Lodges is located right next to the River Earn which can be used for fishing, paddling and a range of other riverside sports. The park is also in close proximity to many of Scotland’s major cities such as Perth which is less than 40 miles away, as well as the city of Edinburgh.

Many visitors to this region would probably wish to explore Edinburgh as there are endless amounts of things to do. These include watching the iconic military parade at the Edinburgh tattoo as well as eating out in one of Edinburgh’s many fantastic restaurants.

River Edge Lodges is also suitable for all of the family with children being able to please themselves in the purpose built play areas, as well as being able to feed the animals which are on site. The more adventurous amongst you can also get involved in water sports at a nearby centre with a range of sample days, as well as formal lessons and courses on offer. There are also great golf courses, cycle routes and walking trails to make the most of nearby to the lodge park.

The local area also has an endless supply of pubs and restaurants meaning that you will be able to dine out somewhere new every night should you not wish to make use of the self catering facilities in the accommodation.

All accommodation options are provided by lodges which range in price from £365 to £525 per week depending on the specification and time of year you are coming away. The cheapest lodge is the Elcho Lodge which sleeps four people. The lodge is relatively basic yet has all of the facilities that you would expect from a bathroom with a stand up shower to a kitchen area.

A more spacious accommodation option is the Moncreiffe Lodge which can sleep six people and costs from £525 per week. This lodge is set on two stories and has a large open plan design. The lodge has one double bedroom with ample room for two adults as well as a single. The kitchen of the lodge has an oven, microwave and dishwasher for added convenience.
