Stratford Riverside Lodges are near the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon which is in the county of Warwickshire. The lodges are ideally located beside the river Avon which provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The tranquil rural location along with the wealth of activities available in the surrounding area makes the lodges perfect for both couples and families. The lodges also have an onsite River taxi which ferries visitors to the heart of Stratford. The river taxi also provides a fantastic opportunity for visitors to soak up their beautiful surroundings.
Stratford itself is famous as Shakespeare’s birthplace, and makes for a fantastic day out for all of the family due to the historical nature of the city. The town of Warwick and City of Birmingham are also close by, and provide opportunities for shopping in the famous Bullring and entertainment in the numerous bars and clubs.
The village of Tiddington is also within walking distance and hosts a number of country pubs and small shops. Facilities on offer at the lodges include a bar and clubhouse, a takeaway as well as fishing. The clubhouse bar is open every day of the week during the peak holiday season, and fishing is available from June 16th to November 2nd.
There are two different accommodations available at the Stratford Riverside Lodges which sleep four and six people respectively. The first of these is the Shakespeare lodge which sleeps six, and costs from £529 per week. This lodge has new features and boasts a contemporary design. There is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a further bedroom which has bunk beds. There is also a bathroom, as well as an open plan living area. French doors lead out from the lodge onto a decking area which makes the perfect place for relaxation.
The second accommodation option is the Stratford Lodge which costs from £469 per week and sleeps four people. This lodge has a double bedroom as well as a twin. Both bedrooms also boast an ensuite bathroom.
