Cumbria makes a fantastic destination for those looking for a week away that have a love for the outdoors and natural beauty. Tarnside Park is another park located on the edge of the Lake District and within walking distance of the beach, Cumbria’s premier destination for the outdoor sports enthusiast.
The Lake District itself is one of the best places in the UK for hiking due to its breathtakingly beautiful natural scenery and fine weather in the summer months. There are endless walks to choose from to suit all abilities whether you are looking to go for a stroll or are looking to head out in the hills for a prolonged expedition.
The beauty of the Lake District also lies in the fact it not only has beautiful rolling hills, high peaks and many Lakes, but also because it lies on the coast giving you the opportunity to explore beautiful beaches should you wish to do so.

The Tarnside swan costs 278 pounds per week, which proves to be a very cost effective option when you consider it, can sleep six.
The holiday park is near the small village of Braystone’s which is located just across from the beach. The holiday parks location to the village of Braystone’s gives you the chance to enjoy facilities off the park and the opportunity to sample one of the pubs in the village for food and drinks.Tags:
